24 HOUR FIRE DAMAGE RESTORATION SERVICE
From small grease fires in the kitchen to fully engulfed homes, Ameristeam has been there for over two decades helping people put their lives back together after devastation. The destruction that a fire brings into people’s lives is heartbreaking; it is important to us to be there to help our communities and assist people on their road to recovery.
Most fires are caused either by structural failures (bad wiring, malfunctioning appliances, etc.) or human error (grease fires, smoking, fireworks, etc.). Ameristeam technicians can help put the pieces back together after a loss! By using scientifically proven techniques to restore both buildings and the contents inside, we can speed up the recovery process and get the affected person(s) back to normal in no time!
Smoke and soot can travel and penetrate into other rooms of your home or business, affecting paint, carpet, upholstery, drapes, clothing and any personal or family belongings. There are two groups of fire – simple and complex.
Simple fires are fueled by pure fuels and generally result in complete combustion. Complex fuels, the most common house fire, are fueled by synthetic materials in carpets, furniture, toys, wiring, etc. and generally result in incomplete combustion and the production of soot and acid deposits.
No matter how big or small your fire, you have two problems afterward: to clean the smoke and soot and eliminate the stubborn odors they generate and leave behind.
We will divide the areas of concern down for you and deal with each separately. Fortunately different materials and degrees of damage don’t all require different products -just a change of technique or dilution to safely clean the surface and restore your property to full value. Our certified technicians have been through these battles before and are on call 24/7 to immediately begin the fire restoration process so you can get your life back in order.
At Ameristeam, we use the most up-to-date equipment and procedures to ensure odor removal. Depending on what type of odor is being removed, and if there is smoke or soot, this several-step process of cleaning ensures the best result. In most smoke and soot damages, Air Scrubbers are installed to filter out particulate from the air before the walls, ceilings, floors, and contents are wet cleaned using an odor counteractant followed by Ozone. Ozone is used because it converts smoke odors into harmless, odorless CO2 & water vapor. Odors from smoke damaged carpet, upholstery, and furniture are banished forever. The unused ozone simply reverts back to ordinary oxygen, leaving no perfume or unpleasant fragrance behind. Ozone uses no chemicals, perfumes, or masking agents.
After a fire, large or small, it can be difficult to tell exactly how much damage has been done to the structure. Ameristeam Restoration can work with the affected parties and their insurance companies to ensure that both the visible damage and the unseen damage is identified and restored! Our technicians are trained in a variety of different testing techniques, and are dedicated to restoring the property to its pre-loss condition. Once the damage has been identified, our technicians determine which strategy will best purge the ash and smoke from the building and proceed room-by-room throughout the building. By using a room-by-room, “top down” approach, we ensure that no section of the structure is left untouched. Over the last 18 years, we have developed some of the most efficient and effective ways to rebuild and restore property value. We keep an open mind, continually considering and trying more creative ways to get the job done while meeting the needs of customers and insurance companies. We have the ability to surround you with the most skilled minds in the industry. Find it comforting to know that we have been through these battles before, and will smoothly restore your property to full value. During most smoke or fire situations, the HVAC system will also have to be purged and deodorized. Ameristeam Restoration offers duct cleaning services as a part of our complete Fire Restoration process.
Occasionally, once a home has been cleaned, there is still a lingering smell of smoke and soot in the air. Through the use of specialty air-neutralization and deodorization techniques, we can create an environment that is actually cleaner than before the loss happened!
So your structure is clean… but what about everything inside? Does it all have to be replaced?
The answer is NO!
