Mission Statement

To be recognized as the clear leader in the restoration industry.  To provide every customer with 100% satisfaction.  To provide the best possible service with the best attitude. To inspire the highest most ethical standards of workmanship.  To build lifetime relationships with customers and insurance companies.

History

Ameristeam was founded in January 2001 by ReBecca Gleason as a sole proprietorship.  With the desire to change the current service industry, Ameristeam set out with one truck, one carpet cleaning machine, and one employee.  Ameristeam is certified with the INSTITUTE OF INSPECTION, CLEANING, AND RESTORATION CERTIFICATION (IICRC) in the following areas: Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Journeyman Water Restorer, Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer, Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Color Repair, CPT Repair & Reinstallation, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Master Textile Cleaner and Applied Structural Drying, Mold and Master restorer. For more information on IICRC certifications.

In 2004, Ameristeam moved to a new 10,000 square foot location.  Due to increasingly fast growth, Ameristeam was obliged to hire more employees.  In 2005, Hurricane Katrina hit and Ameristeam and a large crew loaded up with water damage equipment and headed to the New Orleans area.  Since 2005, Ameristeam has averaged over a million a year in restoration alone.  Ameristeam continues to form relationships with insurance companies and perspective clients, along with maintaining a good relationship with previous clients.

Ameristeam’s main goal is to revolutionize the carpet cleaning and restoration industry, while continually keeping clients happy.  Ameristeam has all certified technicians through the Institute of Cleaning and Restoration.  Since 2001, Ameristeam has grown from being a small one woman operation to being over a million dollar corporation without losing our one on one relationship with our clients.

At Ameristeam, we believe strongly in the importance of integrity. We believe it is important to show respect to our clients in every encounter. We understand that many of our clients come to us only after they have had a traumatic event such as a fire or a flood. We have chosen this line of work because we can use our skills to help those in need.

At Ameristeam Restoration, we are locally known for our expertise in dealing with water & fire related damage surrounding the midwestern areas.  Because time is critical when dealing with water damage, every second counts.  That is why our certified experience staff is ready to take action fast.
